PLEASE!!! Contact Hudson Hughes, 717-343-0548, pabackwoodsman@yahoo.com, or Alex McCorkle, 717-412-8448, amcco595@gmail.com, each week and let them know if you will be attending work party. This will help in planning the work and in knowing how much food and drink to provide.

If we know you are coming and need to make any changes; we can let you know with a phone call, e-mail, text, or Facebook post.
Attending 2 work parties by April 26 will allow you to set up your camp on Friday, April 25 if you are able. Be sure to sign the attendance sheet each work party! This year, associate members will be allowed to set up on Saturday April 26 after 12:00 PM.
If you have any of the following tools, please bring them with you; chain saw, string trimmer, steel rake, leaf rake, pitchfork, ax, and gloves. If you have carpentry tools and skills, they are often needed as well.
If you are able, please bring something to share for lunch - veggies, fruit, salad, chips/pretzels, dessert, drinks etc.
Early set-up will begin Friday, April 25 for those that have fulfilled the work party requirement.
Early set-up will begin AFTER 12:00 PM on Saturday, April 26 for associate members.

Following is a list of work party dates for this year. If you can make it to one or all, the donation of your time and effort is greatly appreciated.
